Apex Athletic Mind Consulting LLC provides mental performance coaching, the Apex Six framework training, and the Apex AI Coach app. Our services are for performance enhancement and educational purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, clinical counseling, or medical treatment.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apex AI Coach app for personal, non-commercial mental training. You agree not to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app or the underlying Apex Six methodology.

• Self-Assessment ($27): Refundable within 7 days if the Individual Development Plan has not been issued.
• One-on-One Coaching: 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
• App Subscriptions: Managed via the respective app store or Stripe; refunds are subject to those platform terms.

All content on this website, including the Apex Six™ frameworks, written materials, workshop decks, downloadable PDFs, video content, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Apex Athletic Mind™ (under Apex Athletic Mind Consulting LLC) and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

To the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law, Apex Athletic Mind Consulting LLC’s total liability for any claims arising out of the use of our services or website shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Note: This limitation applies even if the remedy fails its essential purpose. We are not liable for any specific athletic outcomes, scholarships, or performance results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
